Learning is an essential part of growing, and there are many ways in which we learn . we learn from our parents, from our teachers in school and from our friends. All of these methods of learning have their advantages , but the one that is most effective for me is to learn by doing.
学习是一个人成长过程中必要的部分，而学习的方法有很多。我们可以通过向父母，向学校的老师，或是向朋友学习。这些学习方法都各有优点，但对我而言，最有效的学习方法是从工作实践中学习。
Doing is best teacher. There are a great man said:” feeling the stone to pass the river”, that words means that learning from doing , from the doing get the ways and improvements and succeed , and get the continue . knowledge that I gain through doing is the knowledge that I remember best , because the experience we have gotten may be the most deepest memory , so I think the most efficient way to learn is that at first select the book knowledge , and then design and plan it , then doing it according to the related knowledge, and then from the doing learn what we want learning , this procedure must give us deep impression , the old saying” it is not deep get from the paper , if you want to master the truth , you should take part in it “.
做是最好的老师，有个伟人说“摸着石头过河”就是一边做一边学的倡议，从做中学习再前进并取得成功。从做中得来的知识往往映象深刻 ， 所以我认为好的学习方法是先收集有关资料，接下来对资料收集整理获得想法和设计，然后按照想法做，然后从做中学习，获得我们需要掌握的真理或知识。这个学习过程往往给我们印象最深，有句老话说：“ 纸上得来终觉浅，须知此事要躬行”就是这个道理。
In conclusion , learn through doing is the best method for me because I can acquire practical knowledge and remember my lesson well .In addition , the knowledge I gain is not only meaningful , but also wider than what I can get from other methods of learning . Therefore , I will continue to try to learn as much as possible by doing things by myself.
概括说，从实践中学习对我来说是最好的学习方法，因为我能获得实际的知识，而且会牢记教训。此外，我获得的知识不仅有意义，而且涉及的范围比我用其他的方法进行学习更广泛。因此，我会尽可能多多从工作实践中学习。（作者微信：儒森王海英）
