### How to make a Beer Braised Duck

## Beer Braised Duck --"啤酒鸭" is a standing dish in China from the Qing Dynasty. it is one of the best recipe that go with rice.
#### This recipe servers 2 - 3

#### Ingredients :
- half a duck 25 oz.
- beer 640 ml

Instructions:

1. Wash and Cut the duck to 4cm square blocks.
2. blanch duck for 1 minutes, starting from the cool water and Strain and place into ice bath.
3. fry the duck till color change to yellowish
4. move the duck to the side, add rock sugar and bean sauce, stir the sugar to liquid.
5. season with scallion, ginger,garlic, star anise, orange peel, cinamon, dry red pepper, bay leaf , saute to drifting fragrance. stir with potato about 5 minutes.
6. cover duck with beer, simmer about 30 minutes.
7. done, enjoy it!

BTW:
I just made a meal last night, so greedy that I almost swallowed my tongue.
